About Jess

I’ve always been into health and fitness but I have struggled with binge then restrict dieting for much of my life. It wasn’t until I started healing my body with whole foods that I stopped the quick fix mentality of “hacking” my way to fat-loss. I teach women to heal from the inside out with whole, nutrient-dense foods so they can exit the diet cycle and learn what makes them feel and look their best sustainably.

How It Works:

Through a series of video lessons and bi-weekly one-on-one coaching calls, you’ll learn how to optimize your nutrition in a way that is good for your your metabolism, giving you back energy, healing and reducing the cravings that cause yo-yo dieting to begin with. While fat-loss is a long game, you’ll move through a start to finish course which covers everything from nutrition to mindset to movement, setting you up for sustainable habits for life.
