Private Strength Training.

Private training sessions are held in the Be PowerFULL Gym in a one-on-one setting with Jess and run on a 12 week cycle with 1-2-or-3 session per week packages available. Get privacy and one-on-one support for your fitness goals! Day/time TBD with Jess.

AVAILABILITY: SUPER FLEXIBLE HOURS TO MEET YOUR SCHEDULING NEEDS. LIMITED TIME OPENING FOR TUESDAYS + THURSDAYS AT 7AM.

Semi-Private Strength Training.

This community is PURE GOLD. If you’re ready to be pulled into the most supportive and positive environment, you’re ready for semi-private strength training at Be PowerFULL! These groups are the heart of Be PowerFULL, where transformations are endless and fun and community are guaranteed. You’ll have your own training plan and will flow through it with a small group of 3-6 members. Choose 2-3 sessions per week.

Group Classes.

Where Be PowerFULL Gym Started. These 30 minute metabolic conditioning classes are held in the Be PowerFULL Gym with Virtual Members also dialing in on ZOOM. These fast and intense 30 minute workouts pack a serious punch with breathing set-up, a strength training burn, cardio sprints and emphasis on smart, safe weight training. Class packages available on MindBody.
