How To Measure:
Use a flexible measuring tape.
Measure yourself in the morning before eating or drinking.
Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Record measurements at key points: waist (at the narrowest part), hips (at the widest part), chest (across the fullest part), thighs, and arms.
Progress Pictures Tips:
Take photos in a well-lit area.
Wear form-fitting clothing or similar attire each time.
Capture front, side, and back views.
Take pictures at the same time of day and in the same location for consistency.
Weighing Tips:
Weigh yourself first thing in the morning after using the bathroom and before eating or drinking.
Use the same scale and place it on a flat, hard surface.
Record your weight consistently (weekly, or less frequent, if you are working on breaking up with the scale 🙃).
