Training sessions with Jess are short, 30 minute science-based metabolic resistance workouts designed to increase your all around athleticism and stimulate your fat-burning metabolism. The workouts utilize compound hybrid movements (using more of the body at once), combining cardio and weight training, to increase your strength and maximize your fat-burning results...all in less than half the time you'd normally spend in the gym.

Perfect for busy women!

Our workouts are open to all fitness levels as the Rest-Based Training model calls for each individual to self-prescribe rest to stay safe and maintain the right intensity for YOU. Equipment and workouts can be easily scaled to meet you exactly where you are when you begin! Benefits of metabolic training include increased fat-burning potential (up to 48 hours post-workout), increased muscle mass, improved cardiovascular fitness and mental toughness!

​These sessions are for you if you:
  • Need a jumpstart for your fitness!
  • Struggle with fitness consistency due to the demands of your busy lifestyle.
  • Have hit a plateau with your current training plan; seeing little to no results.
  • Are spending hours in the gym and are ready to work out less to get better results.
  • Are ready for accountability of a group to hold you accountable.
  • Are interested in weight training and don't know where to begin.
  • Want to RESHAPE your body and lose fat.
  • Run or partake in any moderate intensity cardio sport and are in need of cross-training to avoid injury.

6-6:30am and 9:30-10am Daily
Childcare available during the 9:30am classes!
