Training sessions with Jess are short, 30 minute science-based metabolic resistance workouts designed to increase your all around athleticism and stimulate your fat-burning metabolism. The workouts utilize compound hybrid movements (using more of the body at once), combining cardio and weight training, to increase your strength and maximize your fat-burning results...all in less than half the time you'd normally spend in the gym.

Our workouts are open to all fitness levels as the Rest-Based Training model calls for each individual to self-prescribe rest to stay safe and maintain the right intensity for YOU. Benefits of metabolic training include increased fat-burning potential (up to 48 hours post-workout), increased muscle mass, improved cardiovascular fitness and mental toughness!
