BPGO - using the $29/mo membership
Jess offers small group training with 12 week commitments of 1-2-or-3 sessions per week. The rate is a private training rate with a discount because you are attending with others. The workouts are designed FOR YOU, your body and your goals so you work on the things you want to improve (fat-loss, injury prevention, muscle building and strength). Are you interested in a spot in one of the groups, tentatively planned for 5:15-6am and 6:15-7am?
